We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect. To request a return: -You must record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened. -The defect or damage must be clearly visible in the video. -Return requests without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted. -If your return is approved, we'll guide you through the return process.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned package.
