Orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via your registered email address or phone number, allowing you to monitor your shipment.
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, transportation issues, or courier partner delays are beyond our control. Malika shall not be held liable for such delays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required for re-dispatch.
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, our courier partner may attempt re-delivery. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please record a continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed parcel and contact us immediately. Refunds or replacements will be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
