Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Malika, every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. As our products are delicate jewellery items, we accept refund requests only under the conditions mentioned below.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is damaged during transit.
• You receive the wrong product.
• Any item is missing from your order.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Mandatory Opening Video

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a continuous, unedited video of opening the sealed parcel.

The video must:

• Start before the parcel is opened.
• Clearly show the sealed package and shipping label.
• Capture the complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
• Clearly show the damage, missing item, wrong product, or manufacturing defect.

Refund requests without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted.

Return Process

1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number, issue details, and the complete unboxing video.
3. Wait for confirmation from our team before returning the product.
4. Once approved, Malika will arrange or bear the return shipping charges.
5. After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.

Refund Processing

Once the returned parcel has been received and verified, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Personal preference or dislike of the design.
• Orders placed by mistake.
• Size or expectation-related issues.
• Minor variations in colour due to screen or lighting differences.
• Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
• Refund requests submitted without a valid continuous unboxing video.
