We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, or differences in screen displays.
As our jewellery is handcrafted and carefully curated, minor variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Malika reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other legitimate reason.
If your order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
We currently deliver across India.
Estimated delivery time is generally 7–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by courier partners, weather, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refund requests are accepted only if they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in our Refund Policy, including submission of a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Malika shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information.
Our jewellery should be handled with care.
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, chemicals, lotions, and excessive moisture. Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for refund or replacement.
All content on this website, including the Malika name, logo, product photographs, graphics, text, and designs, is the exclusive property of Malika and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
Malika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for order processing, customer support, and improving your shopping experience.
